Carlos Ginel Morales

After graduating from high school, I studied Sociology and specialized in Sociology of religions, while I began studying fine arts and took classes with Susana Ragel. I started teaching painting classes at the Trampantojo school, later with the La Veleta school, and to this day at the Ditrevi Workshop and the Sara Caso gallery. I have received various awards and selections in competitions, such as the Ximena d’Urrea award or the Ciudad de Martos award. My pictorial research has always been through the representation of the body, from contemporary figuration, whether its movement, its expression, or its gestures, passing through the social factors that affect the human being, beliefs, sexualization, fashion…
